SISTEM-TV Ltd. was established in August 2002 having a place of business at Lucija-Portorož, Slovenija. Rok Mencej, M.Sc.,B.Sc.Ec. has rich business experiences in the field of the cable business.

SISTEM-TV Ltd. combines theoretical and practical skills of the bellow mentioned activities:

-regulation in respect to asserting the quantity discounts at the foreign SAT TV channels;

-agency of SAT TV channels;

-management of cable networks;

-construction of cable networks;

Our business strategy is to meet the demand of our current and potential business partners and to combine "the best of the best" in order to satisfy the requirements of our customers. Using our own knowledge and brand name, we offer the services thus allowing cable operators sucessful and fruitful activities. Our mission is to provide updated-added value service-allowing operators to keep full monitoring and ownership of the cable sistem. COMPANY PROFILE&HISTORY

The company was initially founded in 2000 to install cable television networks. Carefully managed, the firm flourished and expanded its role as both network owner and operator. It also expanded its operation into promoting television programs for cable TV networks. Further growth dictated the need to restructure the company so that it might focus on its core business.

SISTEM-TV doo is the official representative of 20 programs for cable television within the Republic of Slovenia and the list is growing. Additionally we have inter-agency agreements for the territories of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro, The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and the Republic of Croatia. Our partners adhere to the highest professional standards and are extremely reliable.
